Turnaround times

Orders for "24h" items will usually ship next business day. If your order is not complete, we will notify you within 24 hours (working days). We daily check stock/order completeness and will contact you if your orders shipping will delay. Please take the processing time given on the website as a guide. If an exceptional case occurs, you will receive separate information from us. Estimated shipping dates will be communicated via email.

Transit times USA

• UPS NA1 Overnight arrives the next business day* to most locations in the USA. You will receive an UPS-Email with the scheduled delivery date/time (*with a few exceptions)
• DHL Express arrives between 1 - 4 business days to the most locations in the USA. You will receive an DHL Express Email with the scheduled delivery date
• UPS Saver Express arrives between 1 - 3 business days to the most locations in the USA. You will receive an UPS-Email with the scheduled delivery date
• USPS economy service arrives between 4 - 9 business days to the most locations in the USA*. Please note during the COVID-19 pandemie with have a delay up to 30 business day!

International shipping times

For most countries using Express service (UPS or DHL) we have a regular shipping time of 3-7 business days*. (*during the worldwide pandemic situation delays may occur). The exact delivery date will be communicated by our freight operators.

• UPS Saver Express arrives between 3 - 12 business days to the most locations in the world. You will receive an UPS-Email with the scheduled delivery date
• Economy service registered airmail arrives between 9 - 30 business days to the most locations in the world*. Please note during the COVID-19 pandemie we have a possible delay up to 30 business day!

All shipping costs include package material and the calculated wages of our warehouse workers.

Please note that every country has their specific import rules. If a customs and/or duties fee is charged by your country customs, this fees/duties or other fees will be the customer's responsibility. For further information about fees or duties please contact your country's customs. We provide a full receipt with all necessary information for proper customs clearance. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions.
